I’ve been to Just Love a few times (both locations) as I really wanted to give them a chance but have been disappointed with each visit. I held off writing a review for a while as I know places have off days. At this location, the staff did not greet us and pretty much hid behind the counter or in the back (the Alpharetta staff are great, however!) I ordered an omelette and it was flavorless and dry (didn’t even seem they added salt). I also asked for extra meat and probably got half of a chicken strip added. I also had a dietary request which was completely ignored. For a place that has coffee in the name, the coffee was non existent - as you can see in the picture it’s very pale (compared with my friend’s SB drink). I really don’t like putting negative reviews, but I hope this feedback improves the quality.

The womelette was pretty mid, not bad but not much flavor. I ordered it with 2 biscuits and received 1/4th of a waffle. the quarter waffle was the most quality flavor, but they didn't even provide butter which should be complementary Imo. I had that with a Cortana with tip was $20 (tbh kinda wish I didn't tip). Not a terrible experience but not that great either. Nice atmosphere inside though. I probably sound entitled but i'm just poor, and compared to places I used to eat cheap in portland this place didn't feel the best use of money, but it was better than fast food.

The owner was genuinely engaged with guests, the customer service was outstanding & the welcoming vibe made it easy to relax and enjoy my visit. While the Vegan options are limited, I was able to enjoy the avocado toast without cheese, paired with the refreshing Riptide, & it was a great combination. A great neighborhood spot for quality food, drinks & genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

We stopped by for brunch and coffee while staying at a nearby hotel. Overall, the experience was fine, but the food didn't quite live up to my expectations. Everything was prepared well, just not particularly memorable. I ordered the tiramisu white chocolate drink, and it was a bit too sweet for my taste. That said, it may have just come down to my menu choices, I’d be open to trying something different on a future visit. One nice perk is that there's a free parking garage around the block, which makes visiting more convenient.

My first time here today and I’ll be back! The vibe was cool and cozy. Not loud or packed. Enough space and for medium sized groups. Nice and quiet space, to get work done. I ordered the White chocolate tiramisu iced latte and the breakfast burrito. The latte was amazing! The burrito was good but could use some type of sauce or seasoning in the burrito. The burrito comes with a side of salsa and sour cream, however maybe some spicy green or red salsa or a chipotle mayo… I will return and try a different sandwich.
